HitZERØ AI Trust Standard™

A governance standard describing the principles, documentation practices, and commercial rights framework that support music distributed through the HitZERØ platform.

AI technologies evolve. Models change. The HitZERØ standard stays consistent.

Why this exists

A standard, not a single model

This document exists to explain the governance standards behind the HitZERØ platform. Its purpose is consistency: the technologies used to create music will change over time, and the principles that govern how those technologies are developed, evaluated, and certified should not.

The HitZERØ architecture may combine proprietary AI technologies with carefully selected third-party AI systems. This standard describes how HitZERØ governs both — the rights basis behind the technology, the protection of customer data, the documentation practices it maintains, and the commercial rights it certifies on every track.

It is published so that qualified partners and their counsel can evaluate the standard that supports music distributed through the platform.

The standard

Evaluation Standards

HitZERØ applies these standards when developing proprietary AI technologies and when evaluating third-party AI systems for use in the platform. Each is written to be supported through documentation.

  1. Rights & Licensing.

AI technologies used in the platform are developed or selected so that their use rests on a documented rights basis — ownership, assignment, or written license that permits the intended commercial use.

  2. Provenance, Where Applicable.

Where HitZERØ develops proprietary AI, training sources are recorded and traceable to a documented origin. Provenance documentation is maintained by iah.fit Inc. and available to qualified partners and their counsel under non-disclosure agreement.

  3. Customer Data Protection.

Customer prompts, customer recordings, and customer generations are treated as private. They are not used to train proprietary models as a matter of standing policy.

  4. Responsible Data Practices.

HitZERØ does not source audio through scraping or through rips from streaming platforms. Third-party datasets enter only under written license, and these practices are enforced at the point of data acquisition.

  5. Commercial Rights.

Every certified track carries a documented commercial-rights basis, expressed in the Commercial Use & Rights Certificate and the HitZERØ Terms of Service.

  6. Verification.

Each certified track is anchored on the Sui blockchain, producing a tamper-evident, publicly checkable record that anyone can confirm in one click.

  7. Documentation.

The principles in this standard are supported by internal documentation maintained by iah.fit Inc., structured to support source-level traceability contemplated by emerging AI transparency frameworks.

  8. Continuous Review.

This is a Living Standard. It is reviewed and updated as AI technologies, licensing practices, industry standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulations evolve.

In practice

Proprietary AI development

Where HitZERØ develops proprietary AI models, approved training sources may include the four categories below. Supporting provenance documentation is maintained by iah.fit Inc. This remains accurate even as additional AI technologies are integrated into the platform.

Original works.

Original compositions produced internally by iah.fit Inc. and wholly owned by the company.

Commissioned works.

Music created by independent creators and delivered under platform terms that assign intellectual property rights in the delivered work to the buyer upon payment, with creators compensated in full.

Commercially licensed datasets.

Machine-learning datasets acquired under paid commercial licenses that expressly grant the right to train models and to commercially exploit models and outputs trained on the data.

Open research datasets.

Musical and vocal datasets released by research institutions under applicable academic and open licenses.

When developing proprietary AI systems or evaluating third-party AI technologies, HitZERØ applies the principles described in this standard. Provenance documentation is available to qualified partners and their counsel under non-disclosure agreement.

The pipeline

Sonic Intelligence™

Regardless of the generation technology used, every track distributed through HitZERØ is processed through the proprietary Sonic Intelligence™ pipeline before certification.

Processing may include optimization, enhancement, mastering, metadata, quality assurance, and preparation for commercial delivery. It is the consistent step that readies every track for certified, commercial use.

What gets certified

Commercial Rights

Every certified track distributed through the platform receives:

A Commercial Use & Rights Certificate
A unique Certificate ID
Blockchain-backed verification on Sui
Documented commercial rights

The certificate travels with the track, and the commercial rights it documents can be confirmed by anyone in one click at hitzero.com/verify.

The boundary

What this standard does not disclose

Transparency of governance does not require disclosure of proprietary technology. This standard intentionally does not disclose:

Proprietary model architectures
Sonic Intelligence™ implementation
Proprietary prompt engineering
Confidential commercial agreements
Source code
Internal security controls

A platform can document its standards, its rights basis, and its commercial guarantees without exposing how its technology works.

Documented. Verifiable.

The standard behind the trust.

Trust at HitZERØ is verifiable today. Every certified track is anchored on the Sui blockchain as a tamper-evident, publicly checkable record. Verify a certificate yourself.
