The rights you receive
Every track you create under your account comes with the complete commercial right to use, adapt, remix, distribute, perform, monetize, and sublicense your track, in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity. You control the master.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise what we control. HitZERØ never licenses, sells, delivers, or reissues your rendered track file to anyone else.
We make no promise that no similar track exists anywhere. AI generates rather than selecting from a fixed catalogue, so a closely similar result stays possible for someone else. Generative systems are probabilistic, and we state that plainly rather than promise what no AI platform can guarantee. Your Certificate states the same limit.
Commercial use, built in
Commercial use is built into every track: a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license covering streaming, broadcast, sync, performance, and monetization. Tracks you create under your account and tracks licensed from the HitZERØ library and station catalog carry the same commercial license, documented the same way.
The Certificate
Each track is documented with a Commercial Use and Rights Certificate: the written record of the rights granted with that specific track. When you need to demonstrate your rights to a client, producer, competition organizer, distributor, broadcaster, or brand partner, the Certificate is what you show.

If you cancel
The rights travel with the tracks. Every track you created keeps its commercial rights and its issued Certificate after cancellation, and your files stay yours.
What your Certificate covers
Your Certificate documents that you created the track on HitZERØ and that you hold worldwide commercial rights in it, including the right to sublicense those rights to distributors, labels, platforms, and partners. It is the record of what you hold, and it travels with the file.
Responsibility for platform compliance, takedown disputes, performing-rights enrollment, publishing administration, and similarity claims sits with you, and HitZERØ provides no legal defense or indemnity.
